Demand Generation Marketer (Email Marketing \& LinkedIn Ads)About the Role
We are looking for a data\-driven and results\-oriented Demand Generation Marketer to drive qualified lead generation and pipeline growth through email marketing, LinkedIn advertising, and marketing automation.
The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience managing LinkedIn ad campaigns, creating lead magnets, executing email nurture campaigns, and optimizing the marketing funnel from MQL to SQL. This role requires a strong understanding of conversion metrics, business impact, and B2B demand generation strategies, preferably within SaaS and eCommerce industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies to generate qualified leads and pipeline opportunities.
- Create and optimize lead magnets such as eBooks, case studies, webinars, whitepapers, templates, and industry reports.
- Build and manage multi\-channel campaigns to drive lead acquisition and engagement.
LinkedIn Advertising
- Plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
- Manage LinkedIn Ads budgets and monitor campaign performance.
- Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, and retargeting campaigns.
- Track and improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
Email Marketing
- Create, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences.
- Manage lead nurturing workflows and automated email journeys.
- Monitor email performance metrics including open rates, click\-through rates, reply rates, conversion rates, and deliverability.
- Segment audiences and personalize campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.
Marketing Funnel Management
- Manage and optimize the entire marketing funnel from Lead → MQL → SQL.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective lead handoff and follow\-up processes.
- Develop lead scoring and qualification frameworks.
- Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
Analytics \& Reporting
- Measure campaign effectiveness using key performance indicators.
- Track business impact through metrics such as:
- MQLs
- SQLs
- Pipeline generated
- Cost per Lead (CPL)
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Conversion Rates
- Return on Investment (ROI)
- Present performance insights and optimization recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 3\+ years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, Email Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
- Hands\-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns and budgets.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and lead lifecycle management.
- Experience creating and managing lead magnets.
- Experience running email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Understanding of MQL to SQL conversion processes and sales alignment.
- Experience working with SaaS and/or eCommerce businesses.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
