Synova Surgicals is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to build and oversee email campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospects, and directly drive sales. You will be tasked with planning and executing cold email outreach initiatives, constructing and managing full email marketing funnels, and writing persuasive email copy that maximizes engagement and conversions. Managing email automation workflows, maintaining segmented email lists, and improving deliverability rates are key functions. You will conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and calls-to-action, then track campaign performance and compile detailed reports to measure effectiveness and inform improvements.
