Email Marketing Strategist

• Lead the development of comprehensive email marketing strategies tailored to client objectives and target audiences.
• Design, build, and deploy email campaigns, including newsletters, product launches, promotional emails, and drip sequences.
• Work under the direction of the Marketing Automation Manager, and in collaboration with Client Service, Content, and Creative teams across the agency.
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing of subject lines, content, layouts, and CTAs to improve key performance metrics like open rates, click\-through rates, and conversions.
• Utilize audience segmentation techniques to craft personalized messages that resonate with specific audience groups.
• Build and manage automation workflows using platforms like HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
• Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics, develop actionable insights, and share recommendations with the team and clients.
• Ensure email campaigns adhere to best practices and legal requirements, such as GDPR and CAN\-SPAM regulations.
• 4\-7 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in an agency or client\-facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms e.g., ActiveDemand, HubSpot, Klaviyo.
• Strong knowledge of email best practices, audience segmentation, and deliverability optimization.
• Experience with data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools Gmail, Docs, Slides, Sheets
• Highly organized, self\-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with HTML and email design is a plus.

Pay: ₹600,000\.00 \- ₹1,200,000\.00 per month
