Job Description
Email \& Chat Management: Respond to inbound inquiries, complaints, and requests while strictly adhering to company templates, tone\-of\-voice, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards.Query Resolution: Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues, providing accurate product or service information.Documentation \& CRM: Log all customer interactions, create support tickets, and update customer profiles in software platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, or Freshdesk.Escalation: Identify complex or sensitive issues and route them to the appropriate department while keeping the customer informed.Process Improvement: Track recurring customer concerns and report insights to management for process enhancements.
Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
