- *Email Support Executive**
- *Job Type:** Full\-Time
- *Shift Timing:** 9am to 6pm
- *Working Days:** 6 Days Working (Sunday Fixed week off)
- *Qualification:** HSC/Graduation (Experience is Mandatory)
- *Salary:** ₹16,000 In\-Hand
- *JOB OVERVIEW**
- We are hiring Email Support Executives responsible for handling customer queries through email and written communication channels.
- This is a non\-sales and non\-target role focused on customer query resolution and service quality.
- Candidates must have good written communication skills and attention to detail.
- *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Handle customer queries via email and ticketing tools
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer concerns
- Maintain proper email etiquette and professional communication
- Ensure queries are resolved within defined TAT / SLA timelines
- Update customer records and maintain proper documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required
- *CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Graduation Mandatory (Any Stream)
- Good written English communication required
- Basic computer and typing knowledge
- Ability to understand customer issues and provide proper resolution
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred

- Prior experience in email or chat support process
- Knowledge of CRM or ticketing tools
