Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer\-focused Senior Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries through Email and Chat, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken and written English communication skills, strong problem\-solving abilities, and the ability to handle customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.

Manage customer interactions through Email and Chat.

Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues appropriately.

Maintain a professional and positive approach while communicating with customers.

Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer\-related issues.

Meet defined quality and productivity targets.

Handle multiple customer queries efficiently while maintaining accuracy.

Identify recurring issues and provide appropriate feedback to the concerned team.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Strong customer\-handling and interpersonal skills.

Good problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.

Strong attention to detail and a customer\-oriented approach.

Previous experience in an International Customer Support / Non\-Voice Process will be an added advantage.
