Location: Coimbatore

Experience: Freshers (0–1 Year)

Qualification: **Any Graduate**

**Key Responsibilities**

• Respond to customer emails professionally and promptly
• Resolve customer queries through email support
• Maintain accurate communication records
• Coordinate with internal teams when required
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

**Requirements**

• Excellent written English communication skills
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
• Good typing skills (32wpm)
