• *About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced **Embedded Firmware Engineer** to join our engineering team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in embedded firmware development, embedded systems, and software/hardware debugging. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and optimizing firmware solutions for embedded products while collaborating with cross\-functional hardware and software teams.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for microcontroller\- and processor\-based systems.
• Develop reliable, efficient, and scalable firmware for embedded applications.
• Perform software and hardware debugging to identify and resolve system\-level issues.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to support board bring\-up, integration, and validation.
• Develop and optimize device drivers, communication protocols, and peripheral interfaces.
• Perform firmware testing, verification, and troubleshooting throughout the product lifecycle.
• Analyze system performance and optimize firmware for speed, memory usage, and power efficiency.
• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and test reports.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices.
• Work closely with cross\-functional teams to deliver high\-quality embedded solutions.

• *Required Skills**

• 5\+ years of experience in Embedded Firmware Development.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems architecture and real\-time programming concepts.
• Hands\-on experience in software and hardware debugging using industry\-standard tools.
• Proficiency in **Embedded C/C\+\+** programming.
• Experience working with microcontrollers, processors, and embedded peripherals.
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as **UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, or Ethernet**.
• Familiarity with RTOS concepts and embedded software development lifecycle.
• Experience using debugging tools such as JTAG, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and debuggers.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem\-solving skills.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics \& Communication, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with ARM Cortex\-based microcontrollers or similar embedded platforms.
• Knowledge of bootloaders, firmware upgrades, and secure firmware development.
• Familiarity with embedded Linux is an added advantage.
• Experience working in Agile development environments

Pay: Up to ₹900,000\.00 per year
