Embedded Software Engineer

• *Roles \& Responsibilities:**

• Lead end\-to\-end embedded software development, from requirements analysis, architecture, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Take ownership of software quality, performance, integration, and reliability.
• Design and develop modular software architectures covering Application, Middleware, Drivers, and HAL layers.
• Develop I/O modules, communication protocol stacks (CAN, J1939, J1939\-76, Automotive Ethernet, UDS, CANopen), and functional safety mechanisms in an RTOS environment.
• Execute complex test cases, debugging, code coverage analysis, and defect resolution.
• Document software architecture using arc42, UML, and Doc\-as\-Code practices.
• Collaborate with Hardware, Systems, Safety, and Quality teams.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members.

• *Mandatory Skills:**

• Strong expertise in BSW development, AUTOSAR, MCAL, and RTOS.
• Hands\-on experience with multicore safety ECUs (ARM Cortex\-R).
• Knowledge of IPC, synchronization, MPU, and multicore task allocation.
• Good understanding of Automotive Ethernet protocols: SOME/IP, DoIP, TCP/IP, UDP, and TSN.
• Experience with ISO 26262 (ASIL\-D) and MISRA C.
• Strong debugging, problem\-solving, and technical leadership skills.

• *Good to Have:**

• Knowledge of Automotive Cybersecurity concepts.
• Familiarity with Hardware Security Modules (HSM).
