The Customer Success team at AiDASH is the bridge between our technology and the real\-world outcomes our customers depend on. As an Engagement Manager, you will own the post\-sales relationship for a portfolio of enterprise customers. You will be their strategic advisor, ensuring successful platform adoption, driving measurable outcomes, and building the long\-term trust that turns customers into advocates. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, account management, and solution consulting and is critical to AiDASH's growth and retention goals.
