As a **Platform Engineering Analyst**, you will act as **Level 2 support** within our Platform Engineering organization \- bridging the gap between the Service Desk (Level 1\), internal users, and Platform Engineers (Level 3\).
This role is designed as a **growth opportunity**. You are not expected to check every technical box on day one. We are prioritizing **problem‑solving ability, communication skills and a strong learning mindset** over years of experience.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will
- Serve as **Level 2 support** for StoneX platforms such as ServiceNow; Datadog; Confluence and Jira
- Triage, investigate, and troubleshoot issues escalated from StoneX Service Desk
- Escalate complex problems to Platform Engineers, when necessary, with defined context and strong documentation
- Clearly communicate issues, progress, and resolutions to users and technical teams
- Test applications following major releases using existing test cases
- Look for opportunities to improve processes, including reducing manual tasks, supporting automation and thinking shift\-left
- Document solutions, learnings, and common issues to improve future support
- Leverage AI to quickly adapt to changing conditions, improve reliability, and enhance internal ETSS service experience
- Use AI to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and optimize cost‑effective service delivery
- Build and use AI solutions to support outcomes while ensuring full accountability, accuracy, and compliance with StoneX security and regulatory standards
- Work closely with global teams across the **United States, Poland and India**, using English as the medium of communication
- **Administrate and support various platforms:**
- + Work Management i.e. Jira, Confluence
+ IT Service Management i.e. ServiceNow
+ Observability i.e. Datadog

Qualifications
This role is a strong fit if you
- Have **0–2 years of experience**, including internships, co‑ops, or entry‑level roles
- Have **at least** **1 year of hands‑on experience** supporting applications, systems, or internal users
- Are **fluent in English** and comfortable communicating with global teams
- Enjoy troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and figuring out how systems work
- Ask questions, collaborate well with others, and share ideas
- Are looking to grow into a longer‑term career in Platform Engineering or technical support
What will make you stand out
- Experience querying data from various systems i.e. JQL
- Previous Agile experience in a corporate environment
- Some experience with Groovy if you have ScriptRunner expertise; and/or JavaScript for ServiceNow troubleshooting/development
- Prior Git experience such as GitHub code reviews

Additional Information: Work Arrangement
- In‑office: **4 days per week**
- Schedule
- + **Initially** **12 \- 8 PM IST** to align with EMEA engineers, train with mentors there and catch up with Americas colleagues
+ Then normal India business hours
