Engineer (Mechanical Maintenance)

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.

Troubleshoot mechanical faults and restore equipment quickly.

Maintain CNC machines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, compressors, pumps, conveyors, and utility equipment.

Plan and execute scheduled maintenance activities.

Prepare maintenance checklists and maintenance records.

Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.

Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement.

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for repeated equipment failures.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, LOTO procedures, and 5S practices.

Supervise technicians and maintenance staff.

Improve machine reliability through continuous improvement initiatives.

Support installation and commissioning of new machinery.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
