We have following opening at (Gujarat) Plant for our Industrial Packaging (MS Drum) division. The job details are furnished below.

Post : Engineer – QA/QC

Qualification : Degree Engineer

Exp. : 5\+ Yrs

Location : Gujarat

Salary : Negotiable

• QC of Metal Barrels for 210Ltr \- Close Mouth, Open Mouth, Lacquer Coated, Composite Barrel \& GI Coated.
• Monitoring \& Maintaining SOP, Control Plan and ISO 9001\-2015 \& BIS Documents.
• Daily Monitor \& review Raw Material, In Process, Finish Goods \& rejection Reports and analysis.
• Handle Customer Complaint \& Prepare, Implement Corrective Action report for concerns issues.
• Daily Monitoring In\-house Issues \& jointly decision for rejection \& rework products.
• Inspect Barrels by Hydro, Drop Test as per BIS \& Mauser Standard.
• Prepare annual calibration plan \& maintain Calibration reports.
• Training \& Awareness of Product, Process \& quality related specifications to Operators, Staff Employees.
• Maintaining 5S on Shop Floor \& FIFO System in inward \& outward section.
• Implement Kaizen, Poka –Yoke to minimize rejection \& improve productivity.
