Job Summary

Seven Seas Hotel is looking for a highly experienced and result\-oriented Engineering Executive to oversee and coordinate the overall engineering and maintenance functions of the hotel. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, infrastructure upkeep, utility management, preventive maintenance, energy conservation, and compliance with safety and statutory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the overall engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel.
• Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure efficient functioning of all electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and utility systems.
• Monitor the performance and maintenance of chillers, boilers, DG sets, lifts, pumps, STP, WTP, and other critical equipment.
• Ensure proper maintenance of guest rooms, banquet halls, restaurants, kitchens, public areas, and back\-of\-house facilities.
• Handle major technical issues, equipment breakdowns, and operational challenges.
• Prepare and monitor engineering budgets, maintenance expenses, and operational costs.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and project\-related work.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, fire safety regulations, and applicable engineering standards.
• Monitor energy and water consumption and implement cost\-saving initiatives.
• Maintain engineering documentation, equipment history, AMC records, and maintenance reports.
• Identify opportunities for improving equipment efficiency and reducing operational downtime.
• Supervise engineering staff and ensure proper allocation of responsibilities.
• Coordinate with the Chief Engineer, General Manager, and other department heads for smooth hotel operations.

Eligibility \& Skills

• Minimum 10\+ years of relevant experience in hotel engineering, facility management, or hospitality operations.
• B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of hotel engineering operations and building management systems.
• Extensive experience in HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and mechanical utilities.
• Experience in handling engineering teams, vendors, maintenance budgets, and technical projects.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance, fire and life safety systems, and energy management.
• Excellent leadership, planning, coordination, and decision\-making skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with extensive experience in 4\-star/5\-star hotels, luxury hospitality properties, resorts, or hospital will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
