As an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a high impact engineering team responsible for building and scaling Atlys’ mobile experiences and core platform capabilities. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and leadership to drive execution excellence while shaping scalable technical systems across iOS and Android.
- **Lead \& Manage Teams:** Build, mentor, and grow a high performing engineering team while fostering a strong ownership driven culture.
- **Drive Mobile Architecture:** Lead technical decision making across native mobile platforms with deep focus on scalable, maintainable, and performant architectures in Swift and Kotlin.
- **Collaborate Cross Functionally:** Partner closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to translate business goals into impactful user experiences.
- **Scale Systems \& Processes:** Improve engineering processes, code quality standards, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and operational excellence practices.
- **Mentor \& Develop Engineers:** Support career growth, technical mentorship, and create an environment where engineers can do their best work.
- 8–12 years of software engineering experience with significant experience leading and managing engineering teams.
- Strong architecture and system design expertise across native mobile ecosystems, specifically Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android).
- Experience building and scaling high quality consumer facing products with strong attention to performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Proven ability to hire, mentor, and grow engineering talent in fast paced environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to align engineering execution to business priorities.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and move fast.
