Low\-Code RAD Platform

Canvas is our low\-code RAD platform where business teams configure banking products entirely through governed metadata — screens, rules, process flows, and integrations — instead of hardcoded logic. You'll lead the team building the visual editor and the services that turn a BA's canvas into reliable, production\-grade execution.

Responsibilities

• **Team Leadership \& Mentorship:** Build, mentor, and guide a high\-performing team spanning frontend, backend, and platform engineering. Foster a culture of high ownership, psychological safety, and technical excellence.
• **Technical Architecture:** Drive the architectural vision for the Canvas platform. Make foundational decisions on visual\-editor rendering performance (React Flow / WebGL / HTML5 Canvas), micro\-frontend composition (Single\-SPA across Angular and React), complex state management.
• **Metadata \& Execution Model:** Own the design of the metadata\-JSON contract between Producer and Consumer — including date\-based (Stripe\-style) versioning, maker\-checker governance, and the publish/promotion boundary into Grid.
• **Hands\-on Technical Execution:** Primarily a leadership role, but you'll participate in architectural design, code reviews, and step into the codebase to unblock the team on complex core logic (rendering, metadata resolution, workflow orchestration).
• **Product Delivery:** Partner closely with Product and Design to translate complex technical and regulatory constraints into seamless configurator experiences. Define technical roadmaps, manage sprint cycles, and ensure predictable, high\-quality delivery.
• **Project Delivery:** Partner closely with Project teams for delivering and translate complex technical requirements to ensure predictable, high\-quality delivery.

Required Qualifications

• **Experience Leading Teams:** 3\+ years of engineering management, with a track record of shipping complex, interactive web applications or SaaS products.
• **Low\-Code / RAD Expertise:** Proven, hands\-on background building low\-code/no\-code platforms, RAD tools, node\-based visual editors, or workflow builders (e.g., Retool, n8n, Webflow).
• **Frontend Mastery:** Deep understanding of modern frontend architectures — micro\-frontends (Single\-SPA) composing **Angular and React**, complex state management (Zustand, Redux, NgRx), and performance optimization in browser\-based visual tools.
• **Backend \& Orchestration:** Strong grasp of the backend foundations for RAD tools — **metadata/schema\-driven execution engines and JSON config interpretation** (over code\-gen/AST approaches), Java/Spring Boot \+ Hibernate services, and workflow/durable\-execution engines such as **Camunda (BPMN)** and **Temporal**.
• **Systems Thinking:** Ability to reason about system tradeoffs, API design, multi\-tenancy and data synchronization between a highly interactive client and distributed backend systems.

Nice\-to\-Have

• **Rule \& Decision Engines:** Experience with business rule engines / Decision\-as\-a\-Service (our BRE) or policy\-driven evaluation.
• **Polyglot Integration Layers:** Familiarity with Go \+ KrakenD gateways or similar high\-throughput transformation/integration engines.
• **Real\-Time Collaboration:** Experience implementing multiplayer, concurrent editing using CRDTs (Yjs, Automerge) or WebSockets.
• **AI / Agentic Integration:** Experience hooking visual logic builders into LLM inference APIs, multi\-agent frameworks, or semantic routing tools.
• **Graph Rendering:** Direct experience with diagramming/graphing libraries (React Flow, XState, GoJS).

• *Important Hiring Criteria**

Candidates must be based in Hyderabad.

Strong career stability is mandatory.

10\+ years of overall IT experience.

Minimum 3\+ years of Engineering Management experience.

3–4 interview rounds, including at least one mandatory Face\-to\-Face (FTF) round.

Maximum budget: ₹40–45 LPA.

Pay: ₹1,000,000\.00 \- ₹4,500,000\.00 per year
