Engineering Manager – Civil Consultancy

• *Position Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Engineering Manager – Civil Consultancy** to lead our civil engineering design and consultancy projects. The candidate will oversee end\-to\-end technical deliverables, manage client relationships, allocate resources, and ensure strict compliance with quality, budget, and statutory standards.

• *Key Roles \& Responsibilities**

• **Project Leadership \& Execution:** Direct and oversee the planning, detailed design, structural analysis, and preparation of detailed project reports (DPRs), cost estimations, and tender documents.
• **Client \& Stakeholder Management:** Function as the primary liaison with clients, municipal authorities, and project stakeholders to present technical solutions, negotiate contracts, and secure necessary statutory approvals.
• **Team \& Resource Management:** Mentor, direct, and manage multidisciplinary teams of civil engineers, structural designers, and drafters; optimize resource allocation across concurrent projects.
• **Financial \& Commercial Oversight:** Monitor project budgets, track profitability, assist with fee proposals, manage invoicing milestones, and minimize financial risks.
• **Quality Assurance \& Compliance:** Ensure all design deliverables strictly comply with relevant codes, local building regulations, environmental standards, and safety policies.
• **Business Development Support:** Assist executive leadership in identifying new tender opportunities, preparing technical proposals, and strengthening client partnerships.

• *Eligibility \& Candidate Profile**

• **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech).*(Note: Diploma candidates will not be considered for this role).*
• **Industry Experience:** 5 to 10 years of overall experience in civil engineering.
• **Mandatory Background:** Direct and proven experience working in a **Civil Engineering Consultancy** setting.
• **Core Competencies:** Strong command over civil design principles, statutory code compliance, project budgeting, team leadership, and client relationship management.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
