Ø Lead the Engineering Department for ZLD, ETP, STP, RO, MEE, ATFD, and other Water \& Wastewater Treatment projects, ensuring effective utilization of engineering resources.

Ø Review Purchase Orders, contracts, client specifications, and proposals to ensure technical and contractual requirements are clearly understood and aligned before project execution.

Ø Coordinate project handover from the Proposal Team after PO finalization and conduct project kick\-off meetings to define scope, deliverables, responsibilities, and timelines.

Ø Plan and monitor engineering schedules and milestones to ensure timely completion of project deliverables and take corrective actions wherever required.

Ø Review and approve engineering designs and documents, including PFDs, P\&IDs, GA drawings, layouts, isometrics, structural drawings, and engineering calculations.

Ø Review equipment specifications, datasheets, BOMs, and vendor drawings to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Ø Provide technical support to the Purchase Department for vendor evaluation, technical comparisons, material approvals, and resolution of technical queries.

Ø Coordinate with Production, Projects, Quality, Stores, Accounts, Purchase, and other departments to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Ø Resolve engineering and technical issues arising during design, fabrication, erection, commissioning, and project execution.

Ø Provide technical support during commissioning, performance trials, troubleshooting, and project handover to ensure successful completion of projects.

Ø Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, inspections, and design reviews and maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Ø Monitor project and departmental performance through engineering milestones, KPIs, progress reviews, and timely corrective actions.

Ø Prepare and submit monthly Engineering Department progress reports to Management covering achievements, pending activities, challenges, risks, and action plans.

Ø Ensure proper engineering documentation, revision control, ISO compliance, and adherence to applicable engineering standards, statutory regulations, quality requirements, and safety norms.

Ø Identify project risks and implement preventive and corrective actions to minimize technical, schedule, quality, and execution\-related risks.

Ø Implement value engineering and cost optimization initiatives while maintaining required quality, performance, safety, and contractual standards.

Ø Drive engineering standardization, process improvement, digitalization, and R\&D initiatives to improve engineering efficiency and develop innovative technical solutions.

Ø Lead, mentor, train, and develop the Engineering team through technical training, knowledge sharing, performance reviews, and quarterly employee recognition and motivation initiatives.

Ø Assess manpower requirements and coordinate with HR and Management for recruitment, resource planning, KPI review, performance improvement, and effective utilization of departmental resources.

Ø Promote teamwork, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Engineering Department and perform any other responsibilities assigned by the CEO or Managing Director.

Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per year
