CSG is filling a remote Engineering Manager role in India with accountability for people leadership, delivery outcomes, and engineering practices across two to three Scrum teams within an Encompass release train. This position involves direct management of Encompass engineers, oversight of daily work activities, and providing structured feedback to developers from partner or other organizations. You will champion the integration of AI-native engineering practices throughout Development, Test, Release, Deployment, Documentation, and AI Adoption in Engineering. Moreover, serving as Primary Practice Lead for one practice area, you will facilitate the relevant practice cohort to guarantee uniform, high-caliber, AI-enhanced workflows that resonate with Encompass Engineering's strategic vision and cultural ethos.
