• *Job Summary:**

The leader is responsible for overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept to market launch, lead cross\-functional teams, ensuring products meet quality standards, and analyze market trends and customer needs. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record in product development, ideally within the consumer electronics sector.

• *Experience and Skill:**

· Experience in leading cross\-functional teams and motivating individuals to achieve common goals.

· A strong understanding of consumer electronics products, technologies, and manufacturing processes.

· Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Stage\-Gate).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

· Ability to analyze market trends, identify problems, and develop solutions.

· Experience in making sound decisions based on data and market insights.

· A deep understanding of the consumer electronics industry, including market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences is a must

· Experience with the full product development lifecycle, from concept to production and market release.

· Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Electronics or Mechatronics

· 15\+ years of experience in product development, out of which 10 years in consumer electronics.

· Ensuring products meet all relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as EMI/EMC standards, safety regulations, and environmental considerations.

· Hands\-on experience in Electronics Hardware Schematic/ PCB Layout design / Testing and Validation.

· Good working knowledge on Electronics hardware including PCB Design \& interface, Mechanical design and Embedded software

· Experience in IT peripherals, wearables, Retail solutions for Indian market is desirable
