Engineering Manager

About the Role

We are hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the development of our Geo Platform, driving scalable backend architecture, API development, and engineering excellence while mentoring a high\-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

\* Lead and mentor engineering teams.

\* Design and build scalable backend solutions using Python and FastAPI.

\* Develop API\-first applications and geo\-data pipelines.

\* Architect and deploy cloud\-native solutions on AWS.

\* Collaborate with cross\-functional teams and drive Agile delivery.

\* Improve engineering processes and leverage AI\-powered development tools.

Must\-Have Skills

\* 10\+ years of software engineering experience.

\* Strong Python, FastAPI, and REST API development.

\* Strong backend architecture and system design.

\* Hands\-on AWS (S3, EC2, ECS, EMR, Lambda).

\* Experience with GIS, Geo\-Spatial Data, and USA POI/Location Data (Mandatory).

\* Strong SQL, Airflow, and Git.

\* Experience using AI tools like Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot.

Pay: ₹85,000\.00 \- ₹95,000\.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
