• *Key Skills:** BIM modelling, discipline\-specific modelling, preparation of coordinated 3D models, drawing development, and clash coordination.

• *2\. Design Engineers \-**

• HVAC
• Plumbing \& Fire Fighting

• *Key Skills:** MEP design, engineering calculations, technical drawings, design coordination, and relevant industry standards.

• *3\. Lead Architect**

• *Key Skills:** Architectural design, design development, construction drawings, team coordination, consultant coordination, and project execution support.

• *4\. Cost Control Engineer / Cost Control Professional \- Saudi, KSA**

• *Key Skills:** Cost estimation, budgeting, cost monitoring, variance analysis, project cost reporting, and cost control.

• *5\. Industrial Automation Engineer \- Saudi, KSA**

• *Key Skills:** Industrial automation systems, PLC, SCADA, HMI, control systems, troubleshooting, and automation project support, as applicable to the role.

• *Candidate Requirements**

• Relevant educational qualification in Engineering or Architecture, depending on the discipline.
• Relevant experience in the respective domain.
