Summary

Key Responsibilities

Act as the SME and lead multiple technology teams to deliver high\-quality support and services.

Own team decisions, service delivery, SLA/KPI compliance, and operational governance.

Engage with business, customers, architects, vendors, and cross\-functional teams to drive successful technology initiatives.

Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and solutions across multiple teams.

Establish and enforce technology standards, best practices, security, and compliance requirements.

Drive automation, innovation, cloud adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mentor team members, support career development, and build future leadership capabilities.

Manage resource planning, stakeholder communication, risks, escalations, and financial governance.

Platform Ownership

Own and govern SCCM \& Intune, MAC \& JAMF, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams — ensuring platform availability, security, compliance, integration, modernisation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
