Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target\-driven Equipment Dealer Sales Executive with 2–4 years of experience in dealer sales, preferably in the sports equipment industry. The ideal candidate should have established relationships with sports shops, coaches, academies, and other relevant channel partners to drive product sales and expand the dealer network.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with sports shops, dealers, coaches, academies, and sports clubs.
• Identify and onboard new dealers and channel partners to expand market reach.
• Promote and sell sports equipment, including Padel and Pickleball products.
• Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and build strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth through dealer networks.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on orders and payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability, dispatches, and timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Maintain dealer records, sales reports, and a consistent follow\-up pipeline.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in equipment sales, dealer sales, channel sales, or a similar role.
• Prior experience working with sports shops, coaches, sports academies, or distributors is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship\-management skills.
• Ability to generate leads, develop new business, and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic sales reporting.

• *Preferred:** Candidates with experience in sports equipment, Padel, Pickleball, badminton, tennis, or other sports\-related products.
