About the Role

We are looking for energetic and target\-driven Business Development Executives to help expand our client base by opening Demat and Trading Accounts and promoting investment products. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in finance, stock markets, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, field visits, and personal networks.
• Acquire new clients and assist them in opening Demat \& Trading Accounts.
• Guide customers through the KYC and onboarding process.
• Promote stock market investment services, IPOs, Mutual Funds, SIPs, and other financial products.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into active customers.
• Achieve monthly account opening and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, MBA preferred).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of stock markets and financial products is preferred.
• Self\-motivated and target\-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation \& Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 \- ₹30,000 per month

Preferred Candidates
