Our company is a 100% export\-oriented precision forging and machining manufacturer. We supply safety\-critical components to European and US OEMs from our plants in Faridabad and Jaipur. We run our operations on ERPNext and are digitizing every department.

Role Summary

As ERP Lead, you will be the in\-house owner of our ERPNext system. You will keep it running smoothly for the team, understand how each department really works, and turn manual routines into automated workflows. You should be comfortable using AI tools and MCP integrations with ERPNext to work faster.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve day\-to\-day ERP issues raised by internal teams (access, document errors, report requests, small fixes) quickly and with clear communication.

Spend time in each department (sales, planning, production, quality, stores, dispatch, accounts, HR) to observe how work is done and find gaps.

Automate repetitive processes using ERPNext workflows, custom scripts, server scripts, reports and dashboards.

Use AI and MCP\-based tools with ERPNext to speed up data entry, reporting, reconciliation and troubleshooting.

Train users, maintain simple SOPs, and drive adoption of ERP across teams.

Maintain data quality, user roles and permissions, and system documentation.

Coordinate with external ERP or Frappe Cloud support when needed.

Requirements

2\-5 years of hands\-on experience with ERPNext/Frappe (v14/v15 preferred), including customization and reports.

Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, SQL and REST APIs.

Hands\-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) and a clear interest in MCP and agent\-based automation.

Understanding of manufacturing processes (production planning, inventory, quality, dispatch) is a strong plus.

Good communication skills and a friendly, patient approach to supporting non\-technical colleagues.

Self\-driven, curious, and comfortable working directly with management.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
