About the Role

We are looking for an experienced **ERP Functional QA Analyst** with a strong understanding of business processes and enterprise software applications.

The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in functional testing of ERP systems, particularly across Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Warehouse Management (WMS), and related business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, regression and end\-to\-end testing of ERP applications.
• Test business workflows across Purchase, Inventory, WMS, Sales and related modules.
• Validate transactions, business rules, calculations, reports and system integrations.
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases and detailed defect reports.
• Identify functional gaps and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data validation and implementation activities.
• Ensure application quality, reliability and business process accuracy.

Required Skills \& Experience

• 2–6 years of experience in Software Testing, preferably ERP or enterprise applications.
• Good understanding of ERP business processes and transactional workflows.
• Hands\-on experience in manual, functional and integration testing.
• Knowledge of inventory, purchasing, sales or warehouse operations.
• Experience with test case preparation, defect tracking and regression testing.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar testing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Marketplace, E\-commerce, PIM or Retail ERP applications.
• Basic understanding of Finance \& Accounting processes.
• Familiarity with SQL, database validation or API testing.
• Experience in ERP implementation or client UAT.
• Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, ERPNext or similar systems.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who understands how real\-world business transactions flow through an ERP system, can independently identify functional gaps, and takes ownership of testing activities from requirement validation to final sign\-off.
