Job Summary

REAL Group – GK TMT is looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented **ERP Functional Support Executive** to support and manage ERP modules across Sales, Purchase, and HRMS. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent problem\-solving skills, and experience in ERP functional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for ERP modules (Sales, Purchase \& HRMS)
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues
• Understand business processes and perform system configuration
• Coordinate with development teams/vendors for ERP enhancements
• Troubleshoot system integrations and maintain data consistency
• Optimize workflows and improve ERP performance
• Conduct end\-user training and prepare user documentation
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams for smooth ERP operations

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Sales, Purchase \& HR business processes
• Knowledge of HTML, APIs, and Web Applications
• Familiarity with Oracle D2K (Forms \& Reports)
• Knowledge of Linux (KUbuntu OS)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in ERP Functional Support or Enterprise System Support
