ERP Implementation Consultant / Lead

We are looking for a tech\-savvy, highly organized **ERP Implementation Specialist** to serve as the primary bridge between our clients and internal project engineering teams. In this role, you will not write code; instead, you will own the end\-to\-end client journey—from project kick\-off to full software adoption. You will conduct product walkthroughs, manage client expectations, gather customization requirements, oversee rollouts on\-site or remotely, and handle project documentation and milestone payment follow\-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• **Client Onboarding \& Single Point of Contact (SPOC):** Act as the primary liaison for clients from day one of project confirmation, driving all communication, alignment, and project updates.
• **Product Demonstration \& Training:** Deliver clear demonstrations, system walkthroughs, and user training on our ERP and enterprise software products to client stakeholders and end\-users (both on\-site and remotely).
• **Requirement Gathering \& Scope Management:** Understand client workflows, document specific modification requests, and translate them into clear functional requirements for our Project Managers and Development teams.
• **On\-Site \& Remote Implementation:** Lead software deployment, system setup, user testing (UAT), and issue troubleshooting at client locations across India.
• **Project Documentation:** Create comprehensive user manuals, Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), project milestone reports, meeting minutes, and sign\-off documents.
• **Payment \& Milestone Tracking:** Follow up with clients regarding project deliverables, sign\-offs, and timely payment collection as per the agreed contract milestones.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
