Responsible for the Pre sales demonstration of Eazy ERP· Doing a Software Requirement Study (SRS), for the clients· Closely handling all the User trainings for the product· Conducting a User Acceptance Test (UAT)· Responsible for “Go live� process for the client· Handling all the client queries and providing necessary support· Monitoring and coordinating for payment recovery· Handling of multiple clients/ accounts· Gathering any fictional/ Technical requirements from the client and communicating internally
