• *Job Summary**We are seeking an experienced and proactive **ERP Implementation \& IT Support Executive** to oversee the rollout, customization, and continuous management of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform while ensuring smooth daily IT operations across the organization.

In this dual\-capability role, you will act as the key liaison between functional business units, executive leadership, and external vendor consultants. You will drive ERP module deployment, data migration, and user adoption, alongside managing essential workplace IT infrastructure, network uptime, and hardware support.

• *Key Responsibilities1\. ERP Implementation \& Administration**

• **System Deployment:** Lead or assist in the phase\-wise deployment of ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Inventory, CRM).
• **Requirements Gathering:** Map existing business workflows, translate operational requirements into functional ERP specifications, and collaborate with vendors to configure solutions.
• **Data Migration \& Integrity:** Cleanse, transform, and migrate legacy data into the new ERP database; conduct regular data audit checks to maintain system accuracy.
• **User Support \& Training:** Conduct end\-user training sessions across departments, create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts, and manage daily technical queries or ticketing for ERP issues.
• **System Upgrades \& Customization:** Partner with software vendors/developers to test custom reports, dashboards, system patches, and integration APIs.

• *2\. Core IT Infrastructure \& Operations Handling**

• **Hardware \& Software Support:** Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers, peripheral devices) and manage licensed software installations.
• **Network \& Security Management:** Monitor local network uptime (LAN/WAN, Wi\-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls) and enforce cybersecurity protocols (antivirus, endpoint protection, user access rights).
• **System Backups \& Maintenance:** Schedule routine server/database backups, execute disaster recovery checks, and monitor system performance.
• **Vendor \& Asset Management:** Maintain an inventory of all IT assets, manage procurement of IT equipment, and manage relationships with external internet/telecom service providers.

• *Key Qualifications \& Skills**

• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• **Experience:** 2 to 5 years of hands\-on experience in ERP implementation/administration (e.g., SAP, Oracle Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, Tally, or custom ERP systems) and general IT infrastructure management.
• **Database \& Data Management:** Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, data manipulation, and report generation tools (e.g., Power BI, Crystal Reports, Excel pivot tables).
• **Technical Support:** Strong familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365 / Google Workspace administration, and standard networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls).
• **Problem Solving \& Communication:** Excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot system bottlenecks, paired with clear communication to bridge technical terminology for non\-technical users.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Certifications in ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365\).
• ITIL Foundation certification or experience working within an IT Service Management framework.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
