• *About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound **ERP Implementation \& Support Executive** with hands\-on experience in implementing and supporting ERP solutions such as **Probiz ERP**. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users to understand requirements, configure ERP modules, provide user training, resolve application issues, and ensure smooth day\-to\-day ERP operations.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Participate in ERP implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and post\-go\-live support.
• Provide functional and technical support for ERP modules such as:
• Production
• Inventory \& Warehouse
• Purchase
• Sales \& Distribution
• Finance \& Accounts
• Quality Control (QA/QC)
• HR \& Payroll
• Gather business requirements and convert them into functional specifications.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors and internal stakeholders for customization and issue resolution.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare test scenarios.
• Train end users and prepare user manuals, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor ERP performance and recommend process improvements.
• Support data migration, master data creation, and system validation.
• Generate MIS reports and assist departments with report customization.
• Ensure compliance with organizational processes and ERP best practices.
• Coordinate with infrastructure and IT teams during upgrades and implementation activities.

• *Required Skills**

• Hands\-on experience with **Probiz ERP** or similar ERP solutions such as SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite, Odoo, or ERPNext.
• Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, inventory, procurement, sales, finance, and quality processes.
• Basic understanding of SQL queries and database concepts.
• Experience in requirement gathering, UAT, and user training.
• Good analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to coordinate with cross\-functional teams and external vendors.

• *Preferred Qualification**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Tech, MCA, or a related field.
• ERP certification (Probiz, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.) will be an added advantage.
