Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented ERP Manager to manage, implement, and optimize ERP operations in our spinning mill. The candidate should have strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, particularly spinning mill operations, and hands\-on experience in ERP systems.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth integration of all departments through ERP, improving operational efficiency, maintaining data accuracy, and providing effective MIS reports to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the overall ERP system and day\-to\-day ERP operations.
• Coordinate ERP activities across Production, Stores, Purchase, Sales, Accounts, HR, Maintenance, and Quality departments.
• Ensure proper ERP implementation and utilization across all departments.
• Monitor production planning, yarn production, stock, and inventory transactions.
• Maintain accurate raw material, cotton, packing material, waste, and finished goods inventory records.
• Monitor production reports, machine efficiency, material consumption, and yarn costing.
• Ensure proper documentation and data entry in the ERP system.
• Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
• Identify ERP\-related issues and coordinate with ERP software vendors for timely resolution.
• Train employees and department heads on ERP usage and process improvements.
• Implement internal controls to ensure data accuracy and prevent stock and transaction mismatches.
• Streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency through ERP automation.
• Support management in decision\-making through accurate reports and data analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant ERP experience, preferably in the textile or spinning mill industry.
• Strong knowledge of spinning mill operations and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in ERP modules such as Production, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Stores, Accounts, and MIS.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage a team.
• Experience in ERP implementation, customization, and process improvement will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with prior experience in spinning mills or textile manufacturing companies will be preferred.
• Practical knowledge of cotton stock, blow room, carding, draw frame, simplex, ring frame, autoconer, packing, and yarn dispatch processes is desirable.
• Should have the ability to understand both technical ERP requirements and practical factory operations.
• Must be proactive, responsible, and capable of independently managing ERP operations.
