ERP Senior Specialist

• *India T Special Bonus:**

We are looking for a resource with functional knowledge of Infor LN Warehousing, Sales, Service, Global Trade module who can take up the role of a manual tester. Following is the day\-to\-day duties and tasks:

• Write Test Cases based on functional specifications.
• Understand the use cases/User Story.
• Execute test scripts to ensure the system release functions as expected.
• Identify and escalate, as necessary project risks and issues to the Project Manager.
• Be able to prepare reports on defects and problems that arise during system testing.
• Revise test cases as necessary based on project team feedback.
• As necessary modify/create Qualification Plan, Test Plans, Risk Assessments, Reports, Trace Matrix commensurate with project complexity.
• Report out statuses to the leads onshore daily during the Stand\-up calls.
• Additionally, update efforts on a given work item on everyday basis.
• Provide true estimates on work assigned prior development. Also ask questions/provide comments on User Stories/work items assigned.
• Be a team player and flexible towards availability in case of any urgent issues that need immediate attention.

• *Basic Qualification:**

• Should have 5\+ years of work experience in planning the testing approach, designing, writing and executing Test Cases in an Agile/SCRUM based software development model.
• Expertise in manual functional testing of Infor LN Warehousing, Sales, Service, and Global Trade modules, including order management, inventory transactions, shipments, service orders, and trade compliance processes.
• Strong knowledge of end\-to\-end Order\-to\-Cash (O2C), Warehouse Management, Service Lifecycle Management, and Global Trade workflows, ensuring seamless integration across business functions.
• Proficient in test case design, test execution, defect management, regression testing, and UAT support using Azure DevOps.
• Minimum 3\+ years of experience in writing SQL queries and backend data validations
