• *ABOUT THE ROLE**

Prish Consultancy is looking for a hands\-on ERP Techno\-Functional Consultant to help design, configure, customise and support Gold ERP solutions for clients in the UAE. You will sit between the business and the technology: understanding how gold and jewellery businesses actually operate, translating that into system configuration and custom development, and supporting clients through implementation and golive.

• *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Functional Gather and document business requirements from gold trading, bullion, refining and jewellery clients; prepare functional specifications and process flows. Configure Gold ERP modules such as purchase, sales, inventory, manufacturing/job work, accounting and reporting.

Handle gold\-specific processes: weight and purity (karat/fineness) based stock, making charges, wastage, old gold/scrap exchange, metal rate handling and fixing/unfixing of gold.

Set up UAE VAT treatment for gold and jewellery, including zero\-rated investment gold and reverse\-charge scenarios, and support related reports and returns.

Support compliance workflows for the UAE market such as KYC/customer due diligence records, AML\-related reporting data and e\-invoicing readiness.

Conduct user training, UAT, go\-live support and post\-implementation support.

Technical Customise and extend the ERP: custom forms, workflows, reports, print formats, scripts and validations as per client needs.

Write and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures and reports; support data migration, cleansing and reconciliation.

Develop and maintain integrations (APIs, gold rate feeds, banking/payment, e\-invoicing and other third\-party systems).

Troubleshoot issues, perform root\-cause analysis, and deliver fixes and enhancements within agreed timelines.

Maintain technical documentation, test cases and change records.

• *REQUIRED SKILLS \& EXPERIENCE**

1 to 3 years of experience as an ERP consultant or developer, with hands\-on exposure to Gold ERP (mandatory).

Strong working knowledge of both functional configuration and technical customisation.

Good understanding of gold and jewellery business processes: bullion, scrap, refining, manufacturing, wholesale and retail.

Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, plus experience in at least one programming/scripting language used in ERP customisation.

Understanding of accounting fundamentals and VAT concepts; exposure to the UAE market is a strong advantage.

Experience with requirement documentation, UAT, user training and client communication.

Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable working with international clients and across time zones.

• *GOOD TO HAVE**

Experience with UAE VAT, AML (goAML/DPMS reporting) or e\-invoicing (Peppol) requirements.

Exposure to ERP platforms such as ERPNext, Odoo, SAP Business One or Microsoft Dynamics.

Experience in multi\-currency, multi\-branch and multi\-unit (grams/ounces/tolas) environments.

Basic knowledge of Arabic/English bilingual documents and reports.

• *QUALIFICATIONS**

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Commerce, Accounting or a related field.

ERP or accounting software certifications are an added advantage.

• *WHAT WE OFFER**

Fully remote role with international project exposure to the UAE market.

Compensation of ₹2\.4 LPA to ₹3\.0 LPA along with bonuses, based on skills and experience. Hands\-on work across the full ERP lifecycle, from requirements to go\-live. Learning and growth opportunities in a specialised, high\-demand domain.
