• *Discover the Role**

As an ETL Tester, you will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of data moving through Azure\-based ETL pipelines. You will work closely with Data Architects, ETL Developers, Engineers, and Business Analysts to validate data transformations and integrations.

• *Key Responsibilities**
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ETL pipelines.
• Test ETL processes across Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Data Lake.
• Perform source\-to\-target data validation and reconciliation.
• Use SQL extensively to verify data accuracy and completeness.
• Identify, track, and document defects using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Prepare and manage test data, including masking and anonymization.
• Set up and maintain Azure test environments.
• Support improvements to ETL testing frameworks and automation.
• Work closely with Data Architects, ETL Developers, Engineers, and Business Analysts.
• Mentor junior testers and contribute to testing best practices.

• *Key Requirements**
• 4\+ years of ETL testing experience.
• Strong hands\-on SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of the Azure Data Platform.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Data Lake.
• Experience in ETL/data warehouse testing, especially source\-to\-target validation.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, test management, and CI/CD integration.
• Understanding of test automation.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology, or equivalent.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification or willingness to obtain it is preferred.
