ETS Manager

• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted Employee Transport Services (ETS) operations across all shifts.
• Achieve 98% or higher on\-time employee pick\-up and drop performance.
• Maintain complete compliance with client SLAs and contractual commitments.
• Optimize fleet utilization and reduce vehicle idle time.
• Control operational costs while maintaining service quality.
• Manage and monitor the performance of ETS Executives, Supervisors, and Coordinators.
• Ensure timely vehicle allocation and driver deployment for all trips.
• Resolve client and employee transport escalations within the defined SLA.
• Maintain 100% compliance of vehicle documents, permits, insurance, and driver records.
• Monitor GPS tracking and ensure real\-time trip visibility.
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients and conduct regular service reviews.
• Improve customer satisfaction through efficient transport operations.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, Billing, and Vendors for seamless service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
