Job Description
- Manage and support Apple iMac endpoints across the enterprise environment
- Administer Jamf Pro for device enrollment, configuration, patching, and policy management
- Handle Apple device lifecycle management: provisioning, imaging, upgrades, and decommissioning
- Deploy and manage applications, OS updates, and security configurations using Jamf
WhatsApp Community
Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application\-level issues on macOS
Integrate Jamf with enterprise tools like Azure AD, MDM, and security platformsEnsure compliance with IT security policies and Apple best practicesWork closely with IT support, security, and infrastructure teamsCreate and maintain technical documentation and SOPs- *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**
- 5–10 years of experience in EUC/Desktop Support with focus on Apple devices
- Strong hands\-on experience with **Jamf Pro** administration
- In\-depth knowledge of **macOS**, iMac hardware, and Apple ecosystem
- Experience with MDM, endpoint security, and device compliance
- Working knowledge of scripting (Bash preferred; Python a plus)
- Exposure to identity management (Azure AD / Okta – preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
