Event Manager

Seth Anandram Jaipuria School is looking for an Event Manager.

We are looking for a highly organized and energetic **Event Manager** to oversee and execute impactful events that resonate with our target audience. In this role, you will manage all event logistics from initial concept to post\-event reporting, ensuring every project stays on budget and finishes successfully.

Key Responsibilities\-

• **Budget Management**: Create comprehensive budgets, track operational expenditures, and secure cost\-effective pricing.
• **Vendor \& Venue Coordination**: Research locations, source contractors, and negotiate contracts for catering, décor, and A/V requirements.
• **Logistics \& Timeline Management**: Establish detailed run\-of\-show schedules, seating arrangements, parking plans, and transportation.
• **Marketing**
• **Post Event Analysis**

Skills Required\-

• Graduation in any discipline with minimum 5 years of experience.
