Job Location \- Noida Sector \- 6 (This will be work from office opportunity)
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in MICE, event management, exhibitions, conferences, or corporate events.
- Must have an existing portfolio of at least 10 active corporate clients/accounts that can generate business opportunities.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate consistent revenue.
- Ability to independently handle complete event lifecycle from client acquisition to event closure.
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire corporate clients for conferences, exhibitions, dealer meets, product launches, annual meetings, reward \& recognition programs and incentive events.
- Leverage existing client relationships to bring immediate business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, budgets, and commercial negotiations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Client Management
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand client objectives and provide customized event solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
- End\-to\-End Event Management
- Handle complete event execution from briefing to post\-event closure.
- Coordinate with vendors, production teams, venues, travel partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, logistics, branding, fabrication, and on\-site operations.
- Ensure flawless event delivery and client satisfaction.
- Team \& Vendor Coordination
- Work closely with creative, production, fabrication, printing, branding, and operations teams.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to maximize profitability.
- Supervise on\-ground event teams during execution.
Pay: ₹60,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
