Job Description
- *Position:** Operations Manager – Brand Activations \& Experiential Marketing
- *Experience:** 5 to 10 Years

- *Company:** An Event \& Activation Agency working extensively with Premier Luxury Automobile Brands (70% Activations, 30% Corporate Events)
- *Role Overview:**
We are looking for a dynamic and detail\-oriented Operations Manager to lead end\-to\-end execution of high\-impact brand activations, roadshows, mall promotions, dealership launches, test\-drive programs, and experiential campaigns for luxury automobile brands, along with select corporate events.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan and manage complete on\-ground execution of brand activations and experiential campaigns
- Handle multi\-city roadshows, mall activations, dealership events, product launches, and consumer engagement programs
- Finalize and manage vendors for fabrication, set\-ups, AV, digital, promoters, logistics, and manpower
- Coordinate with creative, client servicing, and brand teams to translate concepts into executable formats
- Prepare detailed production schedules, installation plans, and run\-of\-show
- Manage permissions, compliances, mall / venue coordination, and statutory approvals
- Ensure brand guideline adherence, premium finish, and high\-quality execution suitable for luxury brands
- Control budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost efficiencies
- Lead on\-ground teams during set\-up, live days, and dismantling across locations
- *Required Skills \& Profile:**
* 5–10 years of experience in Operations / Production in
- Brand Activations, Experiential Marketing, or
- Event Management with strong exposure to on\-ground promotions and roadshows
- Prior experience handling automobile brands or premium / luxury clients will be a strong advantage
- Excellent vendor network across fabrication, AV, digital, manpower, and logistics
- Strong project management, attention to detail, and problem\-solving skills
- Willingness to travel extensively and manage multi\-location campaigns
- Ability to work under tight timelines and high brand scrutiny
- *Ideal Candidate:**
Someone who understands the precision, quality, and brand sensitivity required for luxury automotive activations and can seamlessly manage large\-scale, high\-visibility campaigns with consistency across cities.
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: ₹75,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
