### **Mission of the Role**

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for selected products

### **Main Accountabilities**

• Running sales and marketing operations, advancing growth, and driving initiatives to achieve business goals for focus products across West India.
• Ensuring smooth execution of contracts won for client satisfaction
• Conducting competitor analysis and competency mapping to keep abreast of market trends to achieve the market share.
• Formulating long term and short\-term strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and revenue targets.
• Conducting meetings for setting up sales objectives and streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations.
• New product development \- including market studies, marketing and sales
• Continuous professional development through self\-study

### **Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills**

Graduate Degree and more than 5 Years experience in industry with sales specific roles in FMCG, Certification Bodies, Testing Labs, or other B2B services Industry
