• *Job Summary**

We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented **Executive Assistant cum Business Analyst** to support senior management in both administrative and analytical functions. The role requires frequent coordination with the factory based on management presence and business needs.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Executive Assistant Responsibilities:**

• Provide high\-level administrative support to senior management
• Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules
• Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Coordinate between corporate office and factory operations

• *Business Analyst Responsibilities:**

• Analyze business performance data and generate insights
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management summaries
• Track KPIs across departments (Sales, Production, Finance)
• Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities
• Support management in strategic planning and decision\-making

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in Executive Assistant / Business Analyst role
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
• Ability to multitask and work closely with top management
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience in manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Tally or similar)
• Familiarity with Power BI / data visualization tools

• *Work Requirement**

• Base location: Rajkot
• Must be flexible to coordinate and travel to factory as per management schedule
