We are looking for a dedicated and organized Executive Assistant (EA) to the Directors who will
play a key role in supporting top\-level management. This position also involves assisting with
basic HR\-related activities and providing administrative support to the Accounts and Export
departments. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail\-oriented, and capable of handling
multiple responsibilities with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. The ideal
candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask
in a fast\-paced environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across
departments and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities\-
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior
executives.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings.
Handle confidential correspondence and communications on behalf of executives.
Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action points.
Act as the liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational
efficiency.
Provide administrative and office support, including document preparation, spreadsheet
creation, and maintaining databases.
Human Resources Responsibilities\-
End\-to\-end recruitment (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews,
onboarding).
Maintain employee records and HR documentation (digital and physical).
Manage employee attendance, leave tracking, and monthly payroll inputs.
Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Organize training sessions, workshops, and team\-building activities.
Handle employee grievances and assist in conflict resolution processes.
Additional Support to Other Departments\-
Assist in interest verification and related reconciliations.
Check and verify expense invoices before submission to the finance team.
Enter expenses into respective cost sheets and maintain accurate records.
Help prepare monthly reports and financial trackers as directed by the department.
Provide general administrative assistance to support other departments as needed.
