Job Description

  • *Job Responsibilities\-**

1 Learning and Development

Design training content based on organizational needs, source suitable third\-party training providers or subject matter experts, and support effective training delivery.

2 Onboarding

Create and implement a robust onboarding system across the organisation to ensure smooth integration of new employees.

3Training Evaluation and ROI

Collect feedback, conduct surveys to measure employee engagement and satisfaction after training, track pre\- and post\-training performance metrics, and provide regular updates to leadership on training completion and budget utilisation.

4 Employee Engagement

Collect pulse survey feedback, initiate action plans based on employee suggestions, track progress, and demonstrate HR action taken on feedback received.

5 Succession Planning

Support talent management initiatives by assisting in identification of critical roles, succession planning, high\-potential employee tracking, individual development plans, and retention actions for key talent.

6 Reward and Recognition

Implement reward and recognition programmes across the organisation to motivate and engage the workforce.

7 HR Data Collection and Cleaning

Gather, validate, and clean employee data from HRIS, payroll, applicant tracking systems, and employee engagement surveys.

8 HR Metrics and Reporting

Design, maintain, and analyse HR dashboards and MIS reports covering key HR KPIs such as employee turnover, absenteeism, time\-to\-hire, manpower cost, training effectiveness, engagement scores, and other workforce metrics.

9 Workforce Trend Analysis

Conduct workforce trend analysis using historical HR data to identify patterns in retention, absenteeism, engagement, manpower productivity, and employee satisfaction, and provide actionable insights for management decision\-making.

10 Compensation and Benefits Benchmarking

Research labour market trends and competitor compensation packages to help ensure company pay structures are fair, competitive, and legally compliant.

11 HR Process Automation and Digitalisation

Support HR projects related to process improvement, automation, digitalisation, data accuracy, dashboard development, and implementation of new HR systems or initiatives in coordination with HR, IT, and business teams.

12 HR Projects

Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking key HR projects across talent management, employee engagement, policy implementation, HR process improvement, and organisational effectiveness initiatives.

13 Human Resources Policy Manual

Consolidate existing HR policies, simplify policy language, and prepare the Human Resources Policy Manual for manufacturing units.

Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per year
