Executive – Business development - (Clinical Referral Marketing)

Organize CME programmes, wellness programmes in North India.

 Implementation of marketing and BD activities planned by management.

 Responsible to generate business in coordination with Referral doctors /Sources

 Should provide monthly sales data, market trends, forecasts, new product information to the

Senior Executive – Marketing.

 Deliverables as per Organization requirements and KPI.Job Specification:

 Graduate or Post Graduate (Preference will be given for MBA with Marketing Specialization)

 Supporting PRM department and Assistant Operations in the process of promoting unit sales.

 Collecting patient testimonials for further branding / promotional activity purpose.

 Communicating with patients who have came from West Bengal and Bangladesh and responsible

for best patient experience.

 Updating daily marketing activities to the Senior Executive – Marketing.

 Core area of concentration will be enhancing Referral Doctor \& Corporate Relations \&

expanding the referral market base in all areas where NU yet to establish its operations in

and around North India.

 Tie\-ups with Clinics / Nursing Homes / Medical agents etc.

 Follow up for the new cases with Medical agents in West Bengal and Bangladesh.

 Design \& execute sales strategies for enhancement of revenue through innovative value adds

services.

 To plan various activities as per the phase wise Marketing Strategic plans.

 Organize Health talks, Awareness Talks etc.

 Organize Health camps : client contact programmes in North India.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
