We’re looking for a talented Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations, drive menu innovation, and build a high\-performing kitchen team. This role is ideal for a chef who combines creativity with strong operational discipline and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead all kitchen operations and culinary execution.
- Design and evolve menus based on guest preferences, seasonality, and business goals.
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Manage food costs, inventory, purchasing, and kitchen profitability.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop kitchen talent.
- Collaborate with management on new concepts, promotions, and business growth initiatives.
- Drive innovation while maintaining operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Implement proper food handling, storage, temperature monitoring, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO procedures.
- Conduct regular kitchen audits and corrective actions to ensure compliance.
- Train and develop kitchen teams on HACCP practices and food safety protocols.
- *What We’re Looking For**
- 8\+ years of culinary experience, including leadership roles.
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or Senior Sous Chef.
- Strong knowledge of menu engineering, food costing, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
- Sound understanding of HACCP, food safety systems, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast\-paced, high\-volume environment.
- Passion for culinary excellence, innovation, and guest satisfaction.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Culinary degree, diploma, or equivalent professional training.
- HACCP Certification and Food Safety Certification preferred.
- Experience in hospitality, catering, industrial catering, healthcare, or multi\-unit food service operations is an advantage.
