• *Leadership \& Strategy**

• Provide strategic leadership for Dynamics 365 Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Project Operations and Power BI programs.
• Act as trusted advisor to CFOs, CIOs, COOs and business leaders.
• Lead end\-to\-end ERP transformation engagements and executive governance.
• Define and execute **MS** **ERP and transformation strategy** aligned with client business objectives.
• Drive large global implementations, solution architecture, risk and delivery management.
• Lead pre\-sales, proposals, solutioning and account growth initiatives.
• Build and mentor high\-performing ERP consulting teams.
• Mentor and lead **multi‑disciplinary teams** including architects, developers, and consultants.

• *Client \& Stakeholder Management**

• Act as a **trusted advisor** to senior client stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of IT).
• Own **end‑to‑end client engagement**, including solutioning, delivery oversight, and value realization.
• Drive proactive stakeholder communication and governance.

• *Delivery \& Governance**

• Oversee delivery of **large, complex, multi‑module Dynamics 365** **implementations**.
• Ensure adherence to Deloitte quality standards, risk management, and compliance.
• Manage budgets, timelines, delivery risks, and escalations.
• Helps delivery team in overcoming technical road blocks during design \& implementation

• *Sales \& Business Development**

• Support **pre‑sales, RFPs, proposals, and solution design** for Microsoft ERP engagements.
• Identify opportunities for **account growth, cross‑sell, and upsell**.
• Collaborate with alliance partners.

• *Capability Building**

• Drive **talent development**, capability maturity, and certification roadmap.
• Influence hiring strategy for niche and leadership Microsoft F\&O roles.

• Education: bachelor’s degree in B Tech, MCA and Software Engineering, or a related field.

Advanced degrees are a plus.

• Experience:  18\+ years of IT experience with **12\+ years in Microsoft ecosystem**.
