Executive Director

An **Executive Director of a Network and Hardware Company** sets the strategic vision, leads enterprise operations, and oversees hardware and network infrastructure lines.

• *Position Overview :\-**

• **Role Type:** C\-Level / Senior Executive Leadership
• **Reports To:** Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Information Officer (CIO), or Board of Directors
• **Direct Reports:** Directors of Network Infrastructure, Hardware Engineering, Operations, and Product Management
• **Core Focus:** Aligning hardware product roadmaps, data center/network operations, financial performance, and corporate governance

• *Key Responsibilities :\-**

• *Strategic Planning \& Vision**

• Establish long\-term technical and business strategy for networking products, hardware manufacturing/supply chain, and enterprise deployments.
• Evaluate portfolio performance, market shifts, and competitive positioning for routers, switches, servers, smartNICs, or hardware platforms.
• Partner with the Board of Directors and senior leadership to set corporate milestones and annual operational budgets.3

• *Operations \& Infrastructure Oversight:\-**

• Direct the lifecycle management of physical and virtual networking, cloud integrations, data centers, and hardware production (from R\&D to end\-of\-life).
• Ensure strict standards for network uptime, data security, disaster recovery, and hardware quality assurance.
• Approve major capital expenditures, vendor/OEM/ODM partnerships, and cost\-control policies**.**

• *Leadership \& Stakeholder Relations :\-**

• Build, mentor, and lead high\-performing cross\-functional engineering, sales\-enablement, and IT support teams.
• Act as the public face and primary executive communicator for key enterprise clients, hyperscalers, and strategic partners.

• *Qualifications \& Requirements:\-**

• **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
• **Experience:** 10 to 15\+ years of progressive leadership experience in the networking, semiconductor, hardware infrastructure, or telecommunications sector.
• **Technical Acumen:** Deep familiarity with Ethernet/IP networking, data center architectures, hardware manufacturing, and security protocols.
• **Core Competencies:** P\&L management, strategic negotiation, crisis management, cross\-functional global leadership, and corporate governance.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
