Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage account health across marketplaces such as **Amazon, Walmart, OnBuy, eBay, and other platforms**.
Understand marketplace policies, compliance requirements, and seller performance standards.
Review and analyze policy violations, warnings, account health notifications, and performance alerts.
Create strong and accurate cases/appeals with the respective marketplace support teams.
Draft **Plan of Action** responses for policy violations, listing suspensions, account warnings, and account suspensions.
Understand marketplace\-specific policies related to different countries and regions.
Research country\-wise rules, marketplace norms, and compliance requirements before listing or selling products.
